French singer Edith Piaf's ‘’The little Sparrow’’ in Paris 1950.Édith Giovanna Gassion, born in December 1915, one of France’s most beloved singers, was photographed in Paris during the 1950s. Piaf, slang for Sparrow was a nickname she received in her twenties.
